I left Monterey on November 8 after an intimate party
organized by dear friends. Satomi took great pictures with her fancy camera. I
stole some of hers to post here.
After first week in Anong's awesome house, I found my own
niche. Anong's hospitality was unsurpassed. Not only did she show me around,
she made sure that I got settled and knew how to get around. Because of her, I got to see a music class,
listen to live violin played by talented Ben, and visit her class at SAIS
(Southeast Asian International Studies at Johns Hopkins, DC campus.
