2009 : Nanna's Thailand Trip

I visited Thailand from  September 24 - October 12, 2009. It has been over 3 years since I last went there. Younger folks have grown, older ones are adjusting to their retirement, and those in the middle are thriving. The Internet makes it easy to connect nowadays, but nothing is like to see and reconnect with families and friends in person however brief it was. I treasured every moment I spent time with them. After all, we are creating the past as days go by.

2009 October 10: The Book Event at Samre Church

October 10, 2009 is an unforgettable day for me. The second edition of The Footprints came out. The publisher appropriately set up the event at the newly restored Samre Church, Bangkok. The proceeds from book sales go to funding for elevating the Church from flooding ground.

I enjoyed the moment and truly appreciate everyone for making the event meaningful.
