My niece, Aor, who is now an exchange student in Maine came to visit. We went to pick her up at San Francisco Airport. The flights were rough. First of all, her flight from Portland, Maine was delayed due to weather. She had to hang around Portland Airport for several hours and she missed the connecting flight. She had to stay 6 hours at Washington DC, Dulles Airport (IAD). It will be something she remembers.
When she finally arrived, we did a little excursion to Crissy Park and Golden Gate Bridge. During her stay, she also had opportunities to explore Carmel (Mission, Rancho, Beach), Big Sur Coast, and Point Lobos --the Nature Reserve (where seals and their babies basking on the beach), then experienced traditional music performed by the Monterey Opera/Orchestra. Of course, she visited the renown Monterey Bay Aquarium and Fisherman's Wharf, among others. She was doing pretty well on WII Fit. It was a short visit but I hope she had a good time.
